Version 1.1
The FoulFault Protocol is a systematic framework for identifying, analysing, and coding institutional coverβups, narrative management, and hidden operations. It is designed for researchers, journalists, and auditors to systematically uncover how institutions shape public narratives while hiding inconvenient truths.
The protocol distinguishes four parallel narrative layers (Shout, Whisper, Third Layer, Sacrificial Layer) and ten tactical lenses (e.g., Black Box, Zombie File, Limited Hangout, Zhang Shan). Cases are included only when the Third Layer is supported by at least two independent sources. Confidence is rated High (β₯3 sources or court ruling), Medium (2β3 journalistic/NGO sources), or Low (single source).
